Ten marauders including Pamela, Moira, Crawford, John, Sue, Willie, Sarah, Stewart were led by Alastair on the Pitlochry Bealach walk.

Weather was not great so there were no decent views as we climbed up into the clouds to pass through the Bealach before descending down to Killiecrankie.

A quick detour was made to the Soldier’s Leap, the spot where allegedly a Redcoat soldier leapt 18ft across the raging River Garry, fleeing the Jacobites. Due to lack of recent rain, the Garry was certainly not raging!
